- When you finish the course, you will see a "Congratulations" message with further information on your next steps as most HUD Approved agencies require a telephonic follow up session upon completion of the course before your certificate is emailed. Please log back into your eHome America account at www.ehomeamerica.org to see what your selected agency states as the next step.
